We’re excited to celebrate October with our communities in a whole new way! Each of our sales lots will be hosting a special “Shed-or-Treat” event for families to enjoy. Bring the kids for a safe and fun trick-or-treat experience, meet our team, and explore our buildings in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.

$1,000 Rebate Giveaway – Three lucky customers who purchase a building during the month of October will each receive a $1,000 rebate. Winners will be drawn on Friday, October 31st.
 

$1,000 Event Entry Bonus – Everyone who attends a Shed-or-Treat event can enter their name for a chance to win a $1,000 discount on the purchase of any building.

Kids’ Coloring Contest – Free coloring sheets are available all month long! Families can turn in their entries at the sales lot, and winners will be announced during the Shed-or-Treat event on Halloween. 🎨👻
