American Barn Co is proud to offer free shed delivery within 50 miles of your nearest ABCO lot. To help you prepare, we’ve outlined everything you need to know about access, setup, and potential fees.

• Free one-time delivery within 50 odometer miles of the nearest ABCO dealer
• Any distance over 50 miles is billed at $6.00 per mile (one way)
• Mileage overage is paid directly to the delivery driver
   

Delivery personnel are not responsible for clearing the site or modifying access. This includes:

• Gates or fences
• Trees, brush, landscaping, or stumps
• Rocks, gravel, or other obstructions
• Existing structures or barriers
   

Ensure your site is clear and accessible before your scheduled delivery.

Please confirm the following:

• At least 2 feet of extra clearance beyond the width of your building
• Sufficient space for a delivery truck and trailer up to 75 feet long
• No low-hanging branches, wires, deep sand, or potholes
• Gates and entrances must be wide enough to allow passage
• Adequate turning radius for driveways or tight access areas
   

If your building will be placed more than 6 inches off the ground, additional time and materials may be required. The driver may charge a fee for this service, paid directly to them.

If your site is not prepared or inaccessible:

• A re-delivery fee will apply
• Any additional mileage or driver time will be billed
• Delivery fees are non-refundable
• Canceled orders due to access issues may be subject to restocking fees
