At American Barn Co (ABCO), every shed and portable building includes free shed delivery within 50 miles of the nearest sales lot. We’re committed to making the process easy, transparent, and efficient—from order to setup.
ABCO Shed Delivery Policy
We proudly offer free one-time delivery on qualifying purchases within a 50-mile radius. If your delivery site is beyond that, additional charges apply.
Free Delivery (Within 50 Miles)
Delivery is free within 50 odometer miles from the closest ABCO dealer.
- If over 50 miles, a rate of $6.00 per additional one-way mile applies.
- Mileage fees are paid directly to the shed delivery driver.
What Our Delivery Team Does Not Handle
To avoid delivery issues, please prepare your site in advance. Our team does not remove or modify:
- Fences or gates
- Landscaping, stumps, trees, or brush
- Rocks, gravel, or debris
- Permanent structures or tight obstructions
Your shed site prep is essential to avoid delays or extra costs.
Delivery Access Requirements
To ensure your portable shed or prefab building can be delivered successfully, verify the following:
- Minimum 2 feet of clearance beyond shed width is needed
- Combined truck and trailer can be up to 75 feet long
- No low-hanging tree limbs, power lines, or narrow paths
- Site must be clear of deep sand, potholes, large rocks
- Turning radius must allow maneuvering on tight driveways
- Gates and entrances must be wide enough for your shed to pass through
Above-Ground Setup Fees
If your shed needs to be placed more than 6 inches above ground, additional setup fees may apply for labor and materials. This is paid directly to the delivery driver.
Re-Delivery and Cancellation Policy
If delivery cannot be completed due to site inaccessibility or lack of preparation:
- Re-delivery costs apply (including mileage, labor, and permits if needed)
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
- If an order must be canceled, restocking fees may be charged

Built with Durable Siding
All ABCO sheds feature ½-inch Duratemp plywood-backed siding for a clean, attractive look and years of strength. Siding panels are fastened to double 2x4 studs at each seam, adding structural integrity and long-term durability. This makes our storage sheds, garden sheds, and customizable backyard buildings a lasting investment.
Strong, Pressure-Treated Flooring
Each portable shed includes a reinforced, pressure-treated floor system designed to handle heavy use and tough climates—perfect for the demands of the Southwest.
