Operations Manager

Eric has been a key part of the American Barn Co team for the past three years. As Operations Manager, he works closely with teams across the company to help ensure everything runs smoothly while supporting growth, collaboration, and long-term success. His role allows him to work with multiple departments, helping keep everyone moving toward the same goals and vision.

One of Eric’s favorite parts of the job is working alongside a highly motivated team. He enjoys encouraging new ideas, finding better ways to do things, and helping the company continue to evolve and improve. Many people turn to Eric for an outside perspective, honest feedback, and practical solutions when facing challenges.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, and making memories with his family. Whether he’s outdoors or at the office, he values hard work, teamwork, and building strong relationships.
