Director of Operations & Finance

Stephanie has been with American Barn Co since the company opened in 2022 and brings more than 15 years of experience in the barn industry. She plays a major role in helping the company operate efficiently by supporting daily operations, improving processes, and helping teams work together smoothly across departments.

Known for her strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset, Stephanie enjoys working with her team to overcome challenges and find solutions that keep the business moving forward. She’s someone coworkers can rely on for guidance, support, and answers when needed, and if there’s a spreadsheet involved, even better!

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, taking care of her house plants, and listening to music. When she’s not at the office, there’s a good chance she’s busy running kids from one activity to the next.

Her coworkers would describe her as hardworking, determined, and someone who always tells it like it is.
