FREE Delivery

FREE delivery is for a one-time delivery within 50 miles from the sales lot for olnot purchases and is free throughout Arizona and New Mexico on all new builds. If the delivery is more than 50 odometer miles from the sales lot, the purchaser hereby acknowledges responsibility to pay the delivery driver $6.00/mile, one way, for every additional mile exceeding 50 miles. Delivery personnel are NOT responsible for removal of gates/fences, trees, brush/stumps, or any other obstructions at the delivery site or along the route. Drivers have the option to charge extra if the building is to be set more than 6 inches above ground level as this takes extra time and material. The purchaser agrees to pay the driver directly. Please ensure that the driver has enough clearance when delivering the portable building. Access roads and driveways need to be wide enough for the delivery unit. Allow 2 feet wider than the building ordered. Keep in mind the delivery unit can be as long as 75 feet. The rig needs to be able to traverse the delivery route without hitting any obstacles including overhanging trees, rocks, structures, large rock and potholes in the road. Check gate/fence widths, overhead powerlines, tree limbs, alley ways, and any other obstacles that the driver may face when arriving at your location with the building. Should the delivery team need to make any turn the distance needed will need to increase significantly. Should the purchaser not be ready or access to the site not be adequate to receive the building once they arrive, the purchaser agrees they will be responsible to pay all re-delivery fees to the trucking company including mileage, time, permits and pilot car fees. Delivery fees are not refundable. Should the purchaser not be able to take delivery you will be subject to restocking fees. Make sure to allow ample room for the building you wish to purchase.

RENT TO OWN was established as an alternative to mini-warehousing. Our no strings plans allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building.

Quality & Design

Siding All buildings come with 1/2 inch Duratemp plywood backed siding fastened to double 2×4 at each seam to ensure maximum strength and dependability. Flooring All buildings come with their own pressure treated floor system. 8′ and 10′ buildings have 2 4×6 notched runners with pressure treated floor joists 16″ on center. All 12′ wide buildings have 4 runners. Floor decking is 5/8″ tongue and groove flooring and garages are built on 12″ on center flooring. All floors have 2×6 pressure treated floor joists. Walls All walls are framed with true 2×4’s 16″ on center and double studded every 48″ under siding joints. This makes a much tighter seam under siding joints. The corners are nailed together and the bottom plate is nailed to the floor. All walls have a double top plate with interlocking corners. Roof All buildings are priced with a 30 year metal roof. We have 7 metal colors to choose from to help you match your house or other buildings. Trusses are built with 2×6 framing and decked with 1/2 inch plywood to provide the highest industry standard. Design All models are designed to withstand 115 mph winds and are licensed and approved for the state of New Mexico and Arizona. each building has available engineered structural plans and anchoring scheduling upon request.
